Juliane studied Geography and Environmental management at HU and FU Berlin and Environmental Sciences at Wageningen University. After her thesis she worked as an expert in the field of Environmental Life Cycle Assessments for Wageningen University and for the Nova-Institute for Ecology and Innovation. Looking for new challenges and hands-on experiences Juliane decided to realise her long-felt dream of becoming a vegetable grower and to act within the local community. Gaining experience on a range of bio-dynamic and organic farms, Juliane just successfully finished her two-year part-time training in bio-dynamic agriculture at Warmonderhof, the Netherlands.
